A day earlier, and before we might have accidently broken the resort's wine goblets with our drunken enthusiastic and celebrational mood, I thought it good to take the requisite ring shots when I knew there was a low sun. Her ring is obvious. Mine, not as much. It is directly below. The rose would later become part of a boutonnière. To get that perfect glint off the diamond, I shot over 65 pics.
The bride poses in front of a restaurant (which will remain nameless) at which we had reservations for what we thought would be an elegant dessert for our guests - which followed the elegant dinner at The Riva restaurant (which turned out splendidly). The nameless restaurant totally messed up, but the view from it was spectacular.
We had a couple hours to spend in Carson City where we walked around the capital grounds. The new home of the Supreme Court of Nevada is next door to the old capital building. Very pretty in April as the trees are in bloom.
