"Gretsch 1994 White Penguin
The White Falcon model was heralded as 'the guitar of the future,' when first introduced and the White Penguin followed in its slipstream in 1955. Only 100 were produced. The Penguin never appeared in Gretsch catalogues.
Jack White played a White Penguin in his music video 'Icky Thumb' and has been pictured with the model many times.
At a cost of $800 in 1955, it was considered extremely expensive, and originals have become holy grails for collectors. This example is a reissue made only for the Japanese market and was not available for sale in the USA."
"Fender 2004 Custom Shop 'Bajo Sexto' Telecaster - Checkerboard
Fender made this unique guitar specifically for Rick and to his exact design specifications. The name originated from a traditional Mexican acoustic instrument, Bajo (lower) and Sexto (six string) are references to the bass tones a guitar can produce.
Many collectors feel the quality of Fender Custom Shop guitars equals that of vintage instruments from the company's golden age. Note the longer neck and 24-fret fingerboard, which provides a two-octave range.
Rick has used this guitar during many Cheap Trick concerts."
